All goods are to be shipped using Bead Emporium’s preferred shipping method, Australian Post.

Australia:-
- Orders under $20.00 are sent by regular mail. Plus Postage and Handling $2.00
- Orders under $30.00 are sent Express Post. Plus Postage and Handling $4.50
- Orders under $200.00 are sent Express Post. Plus Postage and Handling $8.00
- Orders under $400.00 are sent Express Post. Plus Postage and Handling $12.00
- Orders over $400.00 are sent Registered Post. Plus Postage and Handling Maximum fee $15.00
Overseas:-
As prices frequently vary, please Email for charges worldwide.
A handling fee of $5.00 applies to all overseas orders
If the postage is more than the actual cost of the goods, we will give you the courtesy of an Email to confirm that you wish to proceed
Back orders will not be sent postage free if under $50.00
On Return Of Goods.
All items are returnable within 10 days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the Invoice and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, call Bead Emporium or Email ruth@beademporium.net.au Please remember to have your Order Number at hand.
Any unauthorized returns, special orders, imprinted orders, or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns. |
